Adolescent psychotherapy can help with:

  • School challenges: finding solutions for academic concerns (self advocacy skills, organizational skills, time management)

  • Appearance concerns: addressing disordered eating habits, body image issues and low self-esteem

  • Relationship Challenges: navigating difficult relationships, improving communication skills, managing peer pressure

Adults can benefit from traditional talk therapy or take advantage of walk & talk sessions so that they can enjoy their sessions outdoors.

Adult psychotherapy can help with:

1. Literacy focused assessment including goal-setting for literacy intervention

Literacy Intervention

Your child works 1:1 with a certified teacher to bridge reading gaps. An individualized program is developed to meet your child's needs. The approach is systematic and explicit. Results are guaranteed!

We recommend sessions twice a week to start, as this helps retention rates in early stages. Weekly sessions are an option if the child has strong foundational skills.

$55-$70 per 50 minute session (Teacher only)

$125+HST per 50 minute session (Teacher supervised by SLP*)

Psychotherapy Matters is a virtual care platform that connects therapists and their clients with psychiatrists for diagnostic purposes. Following the assessment, a collaborative treatment plan is developed with you and your therapist. 

Assessments completed through the virtual clinic save you both travel and wait times. Assessments can be completed at our office or in the comfort of your home.

*This service is available to clients who have a family doctor, and are interested in a psychiatric assessment for both treatment and diagnostic purposes.
